Our Terms and Conditions are simple. You are the client. That makes you our top priority. We, as the provider, are here to make your event memorable. We use a short, simple agreement designed to make sure you (the client) and we (the provider) are "on the same page" - pun intended! We only ask that if you need to cancel our services that you do so as far in advance of the scheduled event as possible.
Our Health Policy:
We respect your concerns regarding health. If you have restrictions in place because of Covid-19 or any other health concern, we will respect them and follow masking, social distancing or other health guidelines while loading and unloading equipment. The one thing we cannot do, is perform masked.
All deposits are non-refundable except in the unlikely event that WE cancel the gig. It hardly ever happens. As a matter of fact, we have only had to do it twice in the nearly thirty years that we have been in the entertainment business. But if we do, we will return your entire deposit within 30 days.
